 When we measure ourselves- we often measure against the future and feel like we'll never get to where we want to go. We feel defeated, burned out and frustrated because no matter how far we go, we still have more to do.

This is what is called Gap thinking.

And those that are successful, choose to operate from the Gain thinking. That means measuring from the initial self to show yourself how far you've come. 

We think it's important to measure the gap, but it doesn't help us move forward and often keeps us stuck and living in the victim place.

We want to be in the Gain. Gain keeps us abundant, grateful, and happy.
