Ep. 197- The 1 Thing You Need To Guarantee You Hit Any Goal

We often create goals and have great intentions but struggle to actually complete or follow through with those goals?

Why is that?

I believe it's because we go about hitting these goals without doing one thing... COMMITTING to the goal.

Yes there's a difference between wanting a goal and committing to it.

Most people stay stuck in wanting and wonder why nothing changes. Wanting is passive. Wanting is where most stay because it doesn't require them to get too uncomfortable. In their wanting, they believe why they can't have what they desire. They believe their stories and their limits. And ultimately they quit and create more wanting... it's a vicious and not so fun cycle to be in.

Committing on the other hand, is taking action until you hit the goal. It's a completely different energy. It means not believing the stories we live by. It means allowing for it to be uncomfortable and still moving forward. Committing is the key.
