 Do you ever start a new goal and feel completely uncomfortable? In fact, you might even believe that feeling that way is wrong. You shouldn't feel uncomfortable. 

Well I'm here to tell you that not only is it ok to feel uncomfortable, but we want to feel uncomfortable. We want to be in what we call the River of Misery. 

It's good for us to keep moving and feel uncomfortable. 

It's good to learn the skill of allowing negative emotion without running from it. 

And being in the river of misery helps us to do that. 

I encourage all my clients to jump in the river. 

And I encourage you to do the same.

If things feel easy- great. Celebrate it. Acknowledge it. And get back in.
